Other/Mixed MAF method or not...

Ive done a couple of maf runs now, 20/30mins 12min miles, i definitely feel better throughout the day and am able to do a workout the next morning.
Thats what i want more than anything, being able to do other things at the same time.
Would be nice if in time my running goes to 10min miles or less but for the time being i think i will stick to it.
