hope you've had happy holidays?! Feels like spring over here...weird...

Well, question: Has anyone out there already taken MAPs? What for? Which brand...since I am doing an elemination diet (at least try to stick to it, which is really hard around christmas->family time), I am concerned that I do not get enough protein, because being a veggie limits the sources...
