Bodyweight Marines Pull-up Training Guide

I took a quick look - seems like it's full of good training advice. The only thing I noticed what that the training rep ranges were a little on the low side for what we recommend usually.

Has anyone done this pulling program before? If yes has it worked for you?

It's a decent program. The Marines use this to get recruits ready for boot camp. A command I was stationed at (Navy) used this program for personnel that would be assigned to the Marines as support staff, they were required to maintain the USMC PRT standards. There were a few other programs we used, I'll go through my old thumb drives and post what I find. One big thing that was stressed was to do a lot of foot elevated push ups. Everyone was so focused on the pull up that they neglected opposing muscle groups. We found that high incline push ups cured that problem.
