Man, I came across this video on my YouTube and had to share. The amount of grit at the end, is something that I've never had to put forward in my life. Where does one get grit like that? Is it taught or is it just developed through doing difficult things? Fantastic work Rif :

Always to “Tool” as well. I actually mentioned Mark Reifkind in a reply in another thread. Phenomenal work. Makes me want to get back into 1 arm swings.

Great work by Rif. That blog is about 15 years old and he keeps at it like it's 2006. Persistent and consistent.

Reminds me how much I hate heavy 1 hand swings. Beats on the grip, pinching and callous-wise. You can't just hook the fingers. Snap the hips and the bell goes nowhere. For me SI joint starts barking. That 48 is no joke. I picked one up for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago and it makes the 40 seem like a 16.

To be honest, I believe that 95% of people don't need to go beyond 32kg for anything other than 2 hand swings and carries.
