Goal : Sinister while maintaining my health and vitality.

Notes : I do frequent mobility throughout the day. I am on my feet all day and rarely sit until I go home for dinner.

I'm really considering signing up for a Kettlebell Course near my house. Would time be better spent on the kettlebell course or 1 on 1 with a SFG?
