I find his whole line of reasoning to be a bit of a stretch. But he is selling metabolic testing services. Cortisol can be a powerful anti inflammatory. It is more complex than he is making it in his article. I can't argue with his general recommendation to stay in zone 2 (MAF pace) when recovering from an injury though. But you don't need to pay for metabolic testing services to do that.
