Welcome to my food log where I'll try to do my best to provide you with my eating habits.

To begin with, my goal is to reduce weight to 167.5 lb, and so far everything is going pretty well. I've started at the very first day of this year with weight
196.2 lb and after 4 months I dropped 19.8 lb.

My macronutrient were roughly 33/48/19, which are protein/fat/carbs in percentage.
Daily calories intake is 2166, after including defice.

Question: what is the best or at least good macronutrient split, because I'm considering adding more carbs into my diet, thus the split would be 30/40/30, which in grams would present the following numbers:
  • 160g protein
  • 96g fat
  • 162g carbs
 
Hard to tell how many calories I ate today. I'm in my wife's parent and ate trzy pieces of meat, each maybe 150-200g, 3 medium tomatoes, a bunch of lettuce, 3 apples, and 3-4 slices of yellow cheese.
Nonetheless my eating window remained intact, first meal was eaten after 1200 hours local time.
