Warmup - Superjoints
Bench press - Faleev
  • Warmup - 5x @50 kg, 3x @55 kg and 1x @60 kg
  • 5, 5, 5, 5, 4 @67,5 kg - what a training! Better support from legs and I am almost on 70 kg!

Warmup - Foam rolling
Deadlift - Faleev
  • Warmup - 5x @100 kg, 3x @110 kg and 1x @120 kg
  • 5 @125 kg - bad technique, the deadlift was led mainly with quadriceps, moreover I ha had very stiff thoracic spine and was incredibly hot wheather - 38 C :-(
  • next training will be technique oriented

Bench press - Faleev
  • Warmup - 5x @50 kg, 3x @55 kg and 1x @60 kg
  • 5x5 @67,5 kg - it is done. Next time 70 kg! :)

Friday - 36 km on bicycle
Saturday - 76 km on bicycle with 1200 meters of elevation
Sunday - hill sprints - 6x á 80 steps
Monday - S&S @28 kg

  • 5x @100 kg, 5x @110, 5x2 @120 kg - technique training
  • barbell rollout
