Kettlebell Military Press Program

@Jonny B Good may I ask if you've already started following a plan???

Yessir! After going down the Strongfirst Rabbit hole pretty much every day this week, I've finally decided on what I'm going to do!

Goals are as follows:

1. Build my Zercher Squat - easier on the back. 2nd back surgery was 13 months ago.

2. Build single arm KB Military press

3. Build pull ups

I tested a 5TRM on Zercher Squat - hit 165lbs yesterday. I'm going to proceed with Fabio's 5TRM squat plan for three days per week. Link here: The 5TRM Back Squat Program | StrongFirst

I'm combining my ZSQ plan with two handed kettlebell swings 5-10 x 10 after prescribed squats as needed.

Then I'll do two days of Louka's Jurassic ROP (2-4-6 template) for single arm KB Military Presses and Pullups. THANK YOU @Adachi !!!

How does that look?
