Milk Protein A1 and A2 - I bought half and half the other day called A2. The package explained that cows produce both type A1 protein and type A2 protein, but the cows used for this particular half-and-half only produced the A2 type, and this was somehow easier for more people to digest. Anyone else heard of this, have any science on the subject?

I bought a few 1/2 gallons of that. As I understand it, A2 has less lactose naturally. I didn’t read into it too much though.
