I saw a recent thread about ETK+ (I never heard of this before) and learned that this is something mentioned in Dec, 2009 issue of MILO magazine. I intend to buy that, but before that I wanted to know:

What other issues of MILO magazines with Pavel articles do you recommend or are your favorites?
 
In addition to the one you mentioned, I also own the June 2015 one, with Pavels "Ladders Reloaded". It is an excellent read if you are interested in the Soviet weightlifting system. It is sort of a brief summary of the PlanStrong curriculum. If you enjoy reading it, you would enjoy PlanStrong. But if you've already attended PlanStrong, I wouldn't recommend this (you wont learn anything new). This article is very interesting but it doesnt really provide you with a training program (with the exception of an example 1 month loaded pullup program).
