Training On Lentils

First week of 2019 I did carries for time plus, of course, presses.

For carries, they are usually combination of farmers and racks.
I started at 5 min mark w/ 32 bell and slowly adding time.

In re presses, it's either 3-5 reps w /40 bell or 5-10 reps w /32 bell.

I seem to like to pair those two and so it'll go on for some while.
 
I've been doing carries and presses in the same format as previous week.
With 7 reps of press @ 40 I matched my old rep PR. I should add that carries
I do everyday, presses every second day.
