Those are the best workouts for producing buckets of toxin-laced sweat and the fear of sudden heart failure, or at least a nose bleed.
My rule for hangover workout is: no squats!
Sandbag/tactical TGU and snatch for timed circuits. Nothing like the dust off the floor sticking to one's feverish body as wonder if you'll pass out at the top of the next rep. And with sandbag less chance of the weight harming you on impact .
