For anyone (like me!) who has been looking deeper into anti glycolytic training Mladen Jovanovic makes some interesting points and some good connections to other philosophies including Issurins.
I take from his opinion that he is in agreement with the StrongFirst approach of building qualities through A&A type work and occasionally exposing oneself to more glycolytic work at strategic times.
Interested to hear what others think and hopefully it helps understanding?!
