Thank God.

I finally did it. Today I did 10 sets of one-arm swings with the beast, followed by 10 sets of TGUs all with the beast. I completed the work out in under 30 min.

My next goal is to reduce the time to Sinister goals.

This is great! Excellent work. I'm glad you came back periodically to give updates. I'm in a situation where I have periodic access to a 44kg bell, and I'm finding it a daunting jump from my usual 32kg, but it keeps calling to me haha. Thanks for the inspiration :)
