So last week, I chalked off the getup standard with the 40kg but as I tried doing a set with the 44kg it felt heavier than usual...
So I backed down to a 36kg and a 40 but have added 2-3 second pauses for each step..
Once I can do this for 5 sets with the 40kg I will once again climb up to the 44kg and check if it still feels as challenging as it did recently..
