Have been running Pavel's programming for 15 weeks; some of the hardest training of my life. A squat hiccup led to me only tying my lifetime PR rather than exceeding it, but if that's the low point of the day, I'm a happy camper. Overall:

Squat: lifetime tie, 25lbs meet PR
Bench press: 15lbs lifetime PR, 35lbs meet PR
Deadlift: 15lbs lifetime PR, 25lbs meet PR
Total: 85lbs PR

(RPS puts on GREAT meets. If you're considering one, consider them. I got to witness a number of 600 and even 700lbs+ squats, 400 and 500lbs+ bench presses, and 700lbs+ deadlifts! But there were many newcomers to powerlifting as well, even a girl who turns 10 on Monday. She deadlifted 130, by the way.)
