Motivation, Part II

11.9.23 (Thursday)
Up: 6:00am
Pretty light morning workout: mix of swings and snatch in various rep schemes. I take anything I can get in the morning.

100 total/18kg - swings & snatch, mostly swings.

11.11.23 (Saturday)
Up: 7:30am
Feeling sick today so kept light.

6x10 swings 32kg

11.12.23 (Sunday)
Up: 6:15am
Morning workout so hit 28kg instead of 32kg:

10x12 swings 28kg.

Wiped and out of energy the rest of the day really, I guess I'm a bit sick still.
 
11.13.23 (Monday)
Up: 6:30am
Late morning workout - full S&S:

S&S
10x10 1H swings - 28kg
10 TGUs - 28kg

Generally pleased with how this WO went granted that I'm recovering from an illness. My main concern nowadays is managing my energy levels, which typically crash hard ~3-4 hours after workingout. Today, I had a bit of oatmeal prior to working out, rather than doing it fasted, so hopefully that makes some difference. Going to keep hammering.

Up: 6:30am

120 swings over few hours in the morning - different rep length 28/32kg (including 30 rep w 32kg).
6 TGU x 32kg.
 
11.16.23 (Thur)

Up: 7:00am
After some stick stretching my shoulder is feeling much much better. So, to celebrate, did a bunch of presses today with 16/18/20kg, mostly uneven doubles, at least 4 sets of 6-8.

11.17.23 (Friday)

Up: 6:30am

Abwheel roll-outs.

6x10 32kg swings.
 
11.18.23 (Saturday)

Up: 6:30am alarm; snooze to 6.55am; gotta stop snoozing.

10x10 32kg swings.
 
11.19.23 (Sunday)

Up: 6:30am alarm; snooze to 7:00am.

10x10 32kg swings.

Slower pace today - hands feel beat up and back a little funky. Might need to go back to 28kg & 2H swings for next WO.
