Generally pleased with how this WO went granted that I'm recovering from an illness. My main concern nowadays is managing my energy levels, which typically crash hard ~3-4 hours after workingout. Today, I had a bit of oatmeal prior to working out, rather than doing it fasted, so hopefully that makes some difference. Going to keep hammering.
