Motivation, Part II

Busy few weeks with Q4. Worked remotely and got some S&S in:

10xTGUs - 32kg

Swings felt amazing, but I just could not muster the last two TGUs today - heart was redlining.

Great to be working out this week. Sometimes when I get busy, I don't pick the kettlebell up for a while, but whenever I have a minute, it is always there, available and happy to see me :)

20x10 LC style jerk (switching hands/side after 10 reps) = 200 reps total.
8x4 lat pull down - 120 lbs

Felt like doing more of an endurance work-out yesterday; feel great today

Also lots of presses throughout the past week @ home. However, TGUs felt pretty heavy today - working out just once or twice a week is hard work :)

Some one arm long cycle today with 18kg, without much tracking.

Sets included a five and seven minute clean and jerk session. It seems to me that seven minutes may be around close to my PR. My goal would be to get to a ten minute long cycle, even if going slow, just basically being able not to set the 18kg down. Goal after that would be to do it with just one hand switch!

TGUs felt a little unstable @ the end in the shoulder, as I did a high volume of shoulder work yesterday with OALC, but all-in-all a great session and plenty of energy.

Got a sudden and intense headache, so stopped right here - have been feeling pretty crappy over the past few days.
 
Did long cycle a few times since the last work-out (not all tracked). One thing I noticed from today's workout is that long cycle endurance does not seem to carry over to S&S, as I feel much more taxed and weaker than when I just do S&S all the time.. Lifes strange.

Felt a little sore in the thighs from yesterday, but a great session. TGUs felt much smoother today.
