I reached my simple goal for S&S and I was looking to move onto PTTP. I only have access to a barbell 4 days a week. My plan is to do PTTP 4 days a week and do an S&S workout on the 5th day. Is this acceptable? After a few cycles of PTTP I would like to go back to S&S and try for the sinister goal. Is this a good strategy or is there a better option?
