I am currently at 64 kg for 1m72cm, and I have a question, how do I get to 70 kg naturally, without being disturbed by a massive and fat-free intestines? By practicing body weight? Luigib.

Gaining (or losing) weight is based on diet more than anything. You need an excess of calories, so the simple answer is to eat more.

@Luigib, it's easier to add muscle using a barbell instead of bodyweight.
