I promise this will be my last vacillation on my program choice!!
Double C & P in sets of up to 5. As many as can do in 20 minutes in sets of up to 5, without pushing massively hard.
Before the C & Ps are done, 100 swings in sets of 10 with a single KB, preferably a size up from the one being used for the double C & Ps.
To be done 3 days a week, as can fit it in.
Move up KB size on the double C & Ps when hit a specified number of reps in the 20 minutes (yet to be determined - I am thinking maybe 60 reps. Yes, it is high, but it will ensure I 'wear out' a given pair of doubles before jumping up to the next 8kg size up).
Every 2 weeks: one set all out of swings with a bell one size down from the one normally used.
I FINALLY think I have sussed something that is doable (due to no defined sets and reps, backing-off will be done naturally, when tired) yest ambitious.
Any suggestions? Apart from Please stop posting this crap? ;-)
