Pavel, Congratulations to your father. He is very encouraging and proof to us all if we train smart we can stay very strong well into our later years. So it looks like if one is healthy there is never a reason to stop strength training and the two may go hand in hand.
Pavel, yesterday I just missed a 160 kg DL (2x BW). I know I should be able to lift more, but then I have not been coached by you! Big difference. BTW, I am planning to spend a little time with someone you know who lives in the mountains of the East Coast to learn this.
