Bodyweight My First Ring "Routine"

I decided to try and string together a few of the tricks I can do on the rings. So, in this order and without putting my feet down:

Skin the Cat, with a not-very-flat angled Front Lever on the way out.
L-Sit into L-Sit pullup into Archer Pullup, alternating arms, two each way.



Video is 56 seconds long, first 10 seconds are just me getting ready.

Gotta work on my front lever ...

It’s a WTH effect thing. It’s definitely a variety day thing for me, no idea how often, less lately, maybe twice a week, if that. It has been more regular in my training at times, when a regular day was press +pull-ups + DL. I switched to doing most of my pull-ups on rings then I started working on my Skin the Cat maybe a year or so ago.
