Hello my name is Douwe ter Horst from Zwolle in the Netherlands. I am new at the strongfirst forum, with that i must say i am here to learn.
Practising Strength is a passion and is needed for me. Also do i practise Chinese martial arts and have my own Kung Fu Zwolle school in the Netherlands. I teach Shaolin Kungfu to people.
You see at the picture that i need more power lifting and training.
I will follow this forum and post on a regular bases.
