Petri, I watched your first video. What you're doing seems quite risky to me and I would not recommend it. It's much too easy to hit yourself in the ankle or shin wit the kettlebell and, if the weight is large and you move it quickly, you could do some real damage.

You are right that its not the safest practice but i have not never hurt my self
when i am working this move. It really need good focus.
