Hey guys, I'm looking for a timer that allows you accomodate ladder training. For example I'm doing ladders of 2,3,5,5(MP+FS at the end) and want to be able to just work/rest times throughout the ladder and then be able to set the number of ladders.
Anyone know of an iphone, mac, or web based timer that can do this?

I currently use Swing Timer, but it can only do one work/rest and repeat it for a set amount which is great but doesn't quite cut it for ladders.
 
found one called seconds that seems like it could do just about anything I want. It's 4.99 which is a dollar or two more than some others but seems like it has more functions. Handles intervals and circuits just fine. No I can really track my ladders and rests, which will allow me to track density.
 
not exactly what you asked, but if you are considering some hardware:
Check out the gymboss. I've got one and I love it. Perfect timer for anything you want (minimax version that is)
