Hi thanks for that, any feed back and suggestions welcome!

I downloaded the book online but only really had a quick flick through.

I think how you describe it is how ive been doing it if i understand right, im doing left arm x 10 right arm x 10 then repeat for 5 sets? So 100 reps total is that correct?
Then for get ups im doing left side x1 right side x1 then repeat that x5. So 10 reps total, is that correct?

I have been thinking about upping the volume of my other circuit's from 3 sets to 4 on each round, as im only working out 3 days a week with stretching in the off days.

Farmers x 40kg x 12 lenghts of hall (normally do 10)

Swings i done in 2 blocks of 3 with no rest.
Done a extra set of swings.
No rest between get ups again.

This workout is defo the easiest of the week so far
