What plans are included?

What plans are included?
The three beginner plans are really interesting, involving the half-snatch, for example. They offer a very nice outline of progressing from learning how to snatch to moving up to a snatch test bell and then finally peaking for the test.

060 and 044C are featured as well, but the others are new to me.

There is also something about Heavy Metal in the back, increasing my FOMO and excitement. (Won't mention more.)

Looking forward to viewing the course.

the high clean drill presented in the course teaser is very interesting. Not only as a drill, but also as a self-standing exercise for diaphragm-pelvis apposition and load reception. It creates a very particular scenario in which you have to brace. I will certainly try it out.

Congrats on this release! It really looks great.

I will consider rewarding myself if I can do 2 TGU on each side with 16kg by next week's $ale end. I've been working hard at regaining my TGU for the past months but have not actually tried it yet (been working on foot flexibility for both sides and hip/thigh/groin/something on my left side, I recently found this lingering weakness after my Jan accident). I'm very happy with my 24kg and dbl16kg swings.

“Most people are introduced to kettlebells through swings and get-ups, and rightfully so,” writes Derek Toshner, StrongFirst Certified Master Instructor.

“I, however, was introduced to kettlebells in 2008 with get-ups and snatches—talk about learning to run before learning to walk. I had just come from running 400m hurdles at the USA World Team Trials and USA Olympic Team Trials for the past three seasons. In addition, weight training had been in my life since I was eight years old, I’d been Olympic lifting for the past decade, and was at the peak of my physical strength and power (or so I thought)…”

Don’t forget that Wednesday, September 27 is the last day of the limited time offer for our new online course
SPEED METAL: Master the Snatch, the Tsar of Kettlebell Lifts.

Are the included plans meant to be done as stand-alone programs or could they be run with other strength training (just for example RoP or Victorious etc)?
Paid already. After reading the manual, I think both ways are good. The snatch is a wonderful exercise in itself - a push and a pull, and it makes up a minimalist training program. Yet you can combine one of the 10 programs, especially the A+A ones, with a Strength training protocol like a PlanStrong program. In the end it all depends on your priority.

How do the programs in this course compare with those offered at the Rite of Passage KB 201 workshop? Assuming there's some overlap. I'm attending 201 in two months.

There is one small are of overlap with a Timeless approach but othewise the SPEED METAL programs are different.
