Hi,
I have one very simple question and I think you guys will be able to help.
I have never thought about or had time to goto the gym or even think about my body but I have recently had a change in career from sitting on my backside driving for 9 hrs per day to landscaping and it is hard (very enjoyable) work and I am discovering muscles I never knew I had. As I am basically working out 9 hrs per day lifting and digging etc is this a good time to use protein powder or something similar to help me bulk out my skinny weedy body?
Any help would be great oh and I am dairy intolerant so is there anything out there I can use?
