Ab wheel rollout from knees 3x8
Grip work in between sets

VWC 15:15 protocol 16kg 7 rep cadence x30 minutes (420 reps)
-got a small blister on my index finger on my left hand and on my pinky of my right hand. My conditioning felt good though!
