Barbell Not a Romanian Deadlift.

I kind of like this categorization:

Romanian Deadlift:




Stiff Legged Deadlift:
a regular deadlift, with your hips way higher than usual (ideally, leaving your back parallel to the floor).



Straight Legs Deadlift: rounded back, barbell away from your body and, quiete frequently, done from a deficit. Potencially, a very dangerous exercise.
