I had a question for all of the naked warriors out there. How often do you include super slow controlled negatives with stops at various points without the positive? What was your experience? I'm playing with sets like this, since my training mainly consists of GTG these two exercises, I'm trying to keep it varied. Thanks in advance for your insight!

Thank you Pavel! How often should I throw these in the mix? Today I'm doing GTG ladders of each up to 1234. Tomorrow I'm planning to go back to full pistols and incline one armers(been a while since I trained them, so I'm taking a step back on these). Just after a week I have found that I have re-learned a lot about generating maximal tension that I had gotten lazy about in my barbell lifts.

I would add those techniques to a pre-determined number of reps per set or for the whole session..

So a sample routine could look like this:

OAP 10 singles

First three singles, pause at sticking point..

Make sense?
