Bodyweight OAPU and Pistol form check

I think one should GTG with a movement one can do pretty well already. If that's not the case for your pistol, then I'd stick with a dedicated session 3x/week.

I just watched your videos, Oscar - I still think you need to straighten your right leg more, so consider the following: stretch your right hamstring before you do your left side pistol; do your left side first.

Steve, yesterday I did a dedicated session of pistols. It went very well, I did mobility before and during the session and I think it helped. I managed to do 5 sets of 3 reps with a 2.5 kg counterbalance. I´ll keep doing dedicated sessions 3/week, thanks for the suggestion. OAPU I will keep doing GTG, as it has been progressing fairly well.

@sizzlefuzz I usually get in the lego position when I´m on the phone or conferences, it works well! give it a try.

@Ricky01 I tried setting up in the diamond position and then removing one arm and it felt more solid. thanks!
