Hello I was wondering how Olympic lifters squat so deep and with a more or less straight back ? Is it flexability or leg positioning or just being beasts ?
Do you mean straight (flat) or vertical (up and down)? There's a lot of flexibility (ankle, thoracic, shoulder, hip), but if you're talking about that almost vertical back angle like Lu Xiaojun, that's a lot of body proportions.Hello I was wondering how Olympic lifters squat so deep and with a more or less straight back ?
