Jeffrey Tabb, I am not Rif, but the answer to your question, IMHO, is, "probably not but you never know so why not give it a try?" Anything that addresses your weak points has potential to have wide-spread benefit to the rest of your lifting.
It is off topic, but looked at your one arm Beast Swings, and this 3 days in St Paul one year ago, came straight to my mind! Are emotions a sign of weakness ? Anyway, I came back stronger. To met Pavel, you, Lance, Michael, Brad and Mark Toomey of course, and a real community, helped a lot when thinks went wrong. Not easy to fight, I never had any help in this Country, but was helped by a thru SF from overseas. As a result, today, I feel stronger. Thanks .
