User 7569 Guest Apr 15, 2018 #2 I'd be EXTREMELY careful with those, my shoulder is still feeling it from when I tried one 3 weeks ago. even with the best form they require a tremendous amount of shoulder stability, strength, and strength of the connective tissue.
