Hi,

I don't know whether it's the best place to put this post...

After 3 weeks on Simple & Sinister, some progress appeared, technical progress especially ! It was very pleasant. But I started to feel pain on my right wrist, extensor side, on the joint. Especially when I play tennis and a bit with kettlebell.
My therapist says it was not a big deal and this pain was caused by the finger extension with rubber band...
He says no tennis and kettlebell during 1/2 weeks, what I did, and I feel much better.

I know Pavel says to do easy with it, so I think that I did to much !

2 questions come to me
- To take care of my ankle, by what I can replace finger extension on my restart ? Self myofascial release of the wrist flexor ?
- I did roughly 5/6 extension between each swing series, it was too many I suppose ?

Check your forearm for spots that are sensitive to pressure and massage them with a tennis or lacrosse ball against the wall. Those muscles will refer pain to the top of wrist when tight.
