Nutrition Pancake = Oats + Cott Cheese + Egg + Spices

I've been experimenting with pancakes for a while now - have got some good ones and some awful ones. This morning was great
80gm rolled oats
80gn cottage cheese
56gm egg
35gm Protein Powder (85% Soy Protein - I think of it as glorifies Soy flour)
Cayenne Pepper
Cummin seeds
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Water to make a sticky dough approx 1/4 cup
Mix the lot together and put in a frying pan with a tadge of oil
Serve up with drizzle of honey

I use a freebie food tracker called Cronometer which tracks daily macros, exercises, and documents your own recipes - worth a look if you have never used one - easy to use

Am keen to see other peoples recommended Pancakes and Mug Cakes please ?
