Today is a new day. I am going to be getting back into kettlebells maybe even some macebells, some body weight stuff possibly some running and definitely some cycling.
I also want to try out some odd lifts too, and some yoga!
I want it all...and yesterday.

So I dug out my very first kettlebell..a big ugly 16kg ive had since 2002 here in England there wasn’t much choice back then and now you can buy them in Aldi!

So I did ...
Bunch of swings 10-20reps
Couple of TGU’s
And stretched cos my knees hurt hmmm.
I am a mess really, I’ve been powerlifting on and off for 10 years and I’ve retired in the name of joint health.
 
Lost another pound today so 8lbs down so far.
Today I did...
- mobility
- windmills 3x5 16kg
- bottoms up press 4x5 16kg
- swings 3x15 16kg
