Hello,

More or less the same idea in this video, with the ab breathing (demonstration with kb push & press):

Kind regards,

Excellent information on active vs passive bracing. When I saw this, I thought of another piece I read here a few months back, that had similar effect on me, on hip hinge loaded vs unloaded.

Swings - How much knee bend?

That makes loaded hip hinge and active bracing as the two main pillars (a starting point, and a end point) of cleans, swings and dead lifts (I am sure there are more to list here). Awesome.

Interesting push press video. Have never seen someone do push presses that fast. But, why not? I like it!

Hello,

I think that if you want to do it that fast, you have to use a quite lighter bell, at least at the beginning.

Besides, even if this ab breathing is efficient, it is not very spontaneous. In my case, I inhale once when the bell is going down (including during the absorption stage), and I exhale once when the bell is going up.

Kind regards,
