C3 W1 - Saturday H
- TGU: 32kg x 2
- C&P: 24kg x 3 x 3L
- 1Hs: 32kg x 50 (10x5)

* The 1.5 pood bell is heavy for my presses, but I figured out how to make the press so much better and do-able. Trick is to; soon as you rack the bell, contract as much of your muscles as possible, especially the butt muscles, before and during the press. AND when lowering the bell back to the rack. Contract hard enough to start shaking.
** I found enough self-confidence to one-arm-swing the 2 pood bell. A real challenge to holding my balance, since it is half my body weight.
