* I slept 2.5 hours extra today, woke up fatigued, planning to take an extra off day. But after breakfast I decided to do something anyway. The swings were shoulder high and a third set of 24kg doesn't fatigue me like it did some time ago, which is good., But the 6x10 took 16 minutes total plus 3 additional minutes to get back to 110 bpm. The first TGU I felt my entire body ache. From toes to shoulders... Even my shins hurt o_O Feeling bruised all over I just did my get ups anyway, and after each set I felt better. Finishing up with a cold shower, feeling all good, healthy and strong again. Still bruised... but strong. As if the swings load the healthy tension back into my posterior chain to keep good posture under back-breaking circumstances, and the TGU's put my shoulders back in place, where they belong. Last sunday I slept a grand total of 14 hours.. I wonder how much sleep I will need next weekend, lol.

We had a big dip in temperature last week, my kcal intake increased with about 300 a day

Overall I like 60% volume, feels good. Doesn't fatigue like 100/10 reps

Observation: My grip strength on right side (strongest) gives in before my left, so either my left caught up or form when swinging with right arm is worse than left. I think it has to do with my right hip/leg, it's weaker than my left leg. It has to be and it was observed during cleans when I were in belgium to see the SFGII guy.
I just stopped after 8 sets of swings, and matched the TGU's to the swings, leaving out a 5th round :)

On a side note: I gained bodyfat. It's back up from were I started and it seems my body doesn't want to have it any lower than that. I should eat less in the evening. Today's my last day at work, and I'll be without work for a while, perfect opportunity to try some easy intermittent fasting. This is easier without a physical job

After 9th set of swings my stomach started playing up and had to run to the bathroom. About 10 minutes later I resumed my routine from where I left off. Felt pretty sickly during the get ups.

Week 19
