*I still have to marvel at the effect of Buteyko.. One session this morning and I finish my S&S practice about 10 minutes quicker than usual.

-30 min walk + Buteyko session
-Bending: 40d (4.2) x 3 + 40d (5.0) x 2

*Trying to increase the frequency of nail bending to twice a week. Reverse grip as always. The only technique I can use injury free.

*Took my sweet time on this one, yet done within 35 minutes. I'm content with it. It's all getting easier, really trying to copy with right what I do with left on the swings. I feel it is getting better. The Get Ups become easier, yet again the third set was best.

I'm currently without a job and jobs I have usually are very physical. The energy I used to burn up at work is now available for my body to use to grow stronger. So... I'm going for a 7x per week frequency. Including deloads I currently am on 7x. It's going very well the way it goes.

I always had this idea in the back of my head that I would probably never be able to swing 32 kg around. It must be because that is half my body weight. However over the past months I progressed to 24kg and this was a big milestone for me. Although I still believe my hand size, especially my short fingers work against me I now have the confidence that I will reach Simple sometime next year.

I learned to appreciate S&S more too. For me it always been the program minimum to ROP and in my mind I have been rushing towards that goal. But why rush to the destination when there is so much to see along the way ? At least I am aware of my own faulty mindset. :)

On the fourth set of TGU (7th rep) I made the error of lunging up while I wasn't positioned correctly. My unloaded knee felt as if something in it was being pulled. It didn't hurt, but it gave me quite the scare, nearly dropped the bell. A fair warning errors should be avoided at all cost. I ended my practice right there. For the past 12 years I remained injury free in my 'fitness' career and I intend to keep it that way.

** On a side note I'm gaining weight. Most if not all is body fat. It makes me look full, the muscles too I kind of like it. :)

Bending:
# 40d (4.2) x 3
# 40d (5.0) x 2
# 50d attempt fail but kinked

Offday Required

**
-MCP: 71 s (goal =maintain 60s +)
-Weight: 66.3 kg ( i don't care )
-Waist: 84 cm (goal = 76 cm)
-Skinfold: 12 mm ( goal -8mm )
-Blood Pressure: 110/66 (after practice + 5 min sitting)
-HR in rest: recently measured between 55 and 65, lowest measured was 53 bpm

*** According to this I am in good health, and I feel fine anyway. Only my waist size is really on the edge of being 'unhealthy.' I don't have the optimal build for a thin waist anyway, but I should have it reduced a bit. My perfect weight is supposed to be about 60.5 kg. I had that weight 1.5 years ago, plus ab definition, BUT people perceived me as skinny.. I prefer to be 'fat'. It's what I'm still used to.

**** All I want to have measured still is cholesterol. There is a history of deaths at the age of 50/55 in my family, regarding heart and blood vessel issues. I doubt my cholesterol is high, but better have it checked sometime.

* 64.8 kg body weight. The Get Ups with 36 kg went surprisingly well. Felt like my elbow is the bottleneck.
* IF: 16:8 is very easy.. It often turns out to be 17 or 18 hours of fasting.
