Monday 23 april 2018 The 40 kilogram !
I know it's nothing spectacular, but I've set 2 personal best's with the heaviest bell I have here.
* 5x Strong Two-hand-swings with 40 kg
* Turkish Get-Up 40 kg, first right hand, followed by a very shaky left !!
I got serious about kettle bell training about 11/12 month's ago, so I'm pretty content with this ! I've tried a bent press with 40kg before, but bringing it to rack made me realize I wasn't ready. I've tried to swing it before, but it would make me lose balance in the past. IMO it's too heavy to work with for TGU's, but at least I can move it without breaking my face with it
