* Rest time exceeds 3 minutes. And after 7th set I thought it would be better to stop and come back later. I suppose last monday (rietkraag) cut into my bodily resources and I still haven't recovered from it. Cutting back frequency from 3x per week to 2x per week, seems best for me. My back is starting to ache aswell. I think i rack my bells too low after a clean before the press. Tried to fix this and will continue to focus on the clean.

I felt best doing Simple & Sinister + Advanced Buteyko, and really wish to return to it. Simple times. The muscles build (6kg / 13.5 lbs) will probably be lost in time anyway. I'm tired of being hungry all the time, and I'm tired of being tired all the time. I'm tired of feeling the burn in my shoulders all day, every day.

Ultimate Health is the most valuable of all attainable things.
