hello , I'm Nav and i been scrolling through the internet and looking for some workout programs.I suddenly came across Pavel's 80/20 workout and what he said what this workout can do shocked me .When i saw the 5x5 sets and reps i was confused.
My question is how much should the intensity be for the 5x5 . 80% , 85% or 70%?
