Hey all,

I've been looking through Dan John's Get Up! newsletters, and found an article in this 2008 volume (http://danjohn.net/pdfs/rkc.pdf) that I thought would interest y'all in particular. The article is towards the end, and it's a list of Pavel's advice compiled by Dan John. I'm guessing its well-known to a lot of folks here, but I like how major training questions are all answered so well and succinctly.

The newsletters are worth checking out too!
