In December I didn't follow any program basically a month of variety. It's great. Anyhow I finished a Hec G jerk programme early in December and I 've been playing around with the fast tens programme
Has anyone else run it to completion. I'm in week 2. It's bloody tough.Double Snatch to squat 10 times....
