Hi everybody this is my new training log.
I recently passed my SFG2 certification at Vicenza, last month.
During the last 8 month I focused my training around the PRESS. I went from bad shoulders in february to 44kg Press during the certification at 84,2kg BW.
The last 4 months before the SFG2 I followed 2 PLANSTRONG design by our CEO and Master SFG Fabio Zonin, it works incredibly. I missed the weigh-in ( Being 200g heavier than the 40kg Press requirement) and I pressed without any Grind the 44kg, then miss the 48kg BEAST, I lossed Mentaly. I didnt fight enough. Next time.
I currently doing the RoTK Program,

Today is heavy day: (2nd weeks of GRINDS)
1,2,3 X4 double Press 32kg
5 squat at the end of each ladders.
5-10min REST
2X20 SUMO DEADLIFT 32KGX2
Fellas, Do you have experience with this program ? Whats your thoughts on it? What's your results?
It's been a month since I started the program I already took 1,5Kg, GRINDS weeks ready leave you sore,
I consider not even doing variety day on GRINDS BLOCKS except few reps on the clock grip Pull-ups and naked get up on grinds weeks. And a lot of strechting…
